Ademola Adeshina

Ademola Adeshina is from Osun State in western Nigeria. He studied general art at The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and trained as a textile designer at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. A self-taught painter, he became a full-time studio artist in 1999. His various painting styles show his endless creativity and eagerness to explore new ideas. He experiments with balancing abstraction and other art forms, creating a unique style over the years.

Adeshina uses pointillism, simplifies human forms, and incorporates decorative patterns and symbols from around the world. His vibrant and rich pastel palette captivates viewers and encourages reflection. He has participated in several group exhibitions, and his works are collected by individuals and organizations both locally and internationally.
